FAQ
Answers on choosing outlet count, installation requirements, CIP cleaning, consumable parts, the one-year warranty and five years of after-sales service.
Specifying a system
The simple rule: every beverage you want to pour simultaneously, without swapping a vessel, needs its own outlet. If your cold menu has three permanent items and one seasonal, four outlets is a safer specification than three. The unit gains roughly 25 cm of width per outlet, so you can plan counter space now for the menu you expect later.
The system runs on CO₂, nitrogen or a blend, so its range covers sparkling water, craft soda and carbonated fruit drinks through to nitro cold brew and beer. Gas configuration and pressure are set per beverage during commissioning.
An under-counter system is a standard-dimension unit that fits inside your existing counter, with only the tower visible. A custom island starts from the architectural drawing: counter, serve surface, drip tray and tower are all designed and fabricated as one piece. The first is faster and more economical; the second is what you need when the equipment has to be part of the architecture.
Installation and commissioning
The system is closed and modular and needs no external gas rig or side chiller. What it does need: a suitable power point, water access for cleaning, and clearance for the chosen unit (70 cm deep, 86 cm high, width depending on outlet count). No cold room, gas room or dedicated pipework is required.
Installation time depends on the configuration and on site readiness; standard under-counter units are typically commissioned in a single visit, while custom islands need more coordination with the counter contractor. Staff training covers charging and swapping vessels, gas settings, the CIP cleaning routine and first-line troubleshooting.
Yes. Because the system is closed, modular and not tied to fixed infrastructure, moving an under-counter or portable unit is straightforward. For custom islands, relocation depends on the geometry of the destination counter and is best coordinated with us beforehand.
Operation and maintenance
The internal CIP system lets the lines be flushed without dismantling the unit. The recommended routine is a daily flush, a periodic full clean and scheduled gasket replacement. Exact intervals for your configuration are supplied at handover.
Consumables are mainly gaskets, O-rings and tap components. All of them are specified as standard parts so replacement is quick and stock stays available — one of the reasons we design and build the system in-house.
The system is designed for stable performance on minimal electricity; actual consumption depends on configuration, outlet count and ambient conditions. We provide the figure for your specific configuration at the quotation stage.
Warranty, ordering and logistics
Every unit ships with a one-year warranty and five years of after-sales service. The warranty covers manufacturing and performance defects; after-sales service covers periodic servicing, parts supply and technical support.
Lead time depends on configuration, chosen finish and the production queue. Once drawings and the quotation are confirmed, we commit to a delivery window in writing. For projects with a fixed opening date, start early so the design stage does not sit on the critical path.
Yes. For domestic shipping we handle transport packaging and installation coordination. For orders abroad, please contact us via the form or WhatsApp with your destination and intended configuration so we can review shipping and support arrangements.
Yes. Depending on your city and venue type we can arrange a visit to a completed project, or show you a running unit at the workshop. Use the contact form or WhatsApp to arrange it.
